Are you somewhere in the LGBTQ+ rainbow?  Then you can feel very comfortable at LDW.  Our motto is “All Orgasms Are Welcome Here.”  We make sure that anyone from the LGBTQ+ community as well as anyone who is an ally to the LGBTQ+ community knows they have a place here..  .

Not sure what LGBTQ+ stands for?  Read on to see what it means.

LGBTQ+:  The Basic Acronym

To begin with, let’s make sure we’re all singing from the same song sheet.  .The acronym LGBTQ+ has been around for a while by now, but just in case you’re not sure of some of the letters, here’s the breakdown.  I’m positive you know some, if not all, of these terms, but due diligence and all that:

  • L:  this abbreviation stands for Lesbians (women who are interested in other women rather than men)
  • G:  this abbreviation stands for Gay:  this refers in general to someone who is sexually attracted to someone of their own sex, and more specifically it usually refers to men who are attracted to other men
  • B:  this abbreviation stands for Bisexual:  if you’re bisexual, you are sexually attracted to both men and women
  • T:  this abbreviation stands for Transgender:  those who are transgender were born as one sex (based on their physical characteristics) but identify as the opposite sex; their sexual orientation is unique to each individual, so we can’t assume that because someone is trans that they automatically are lesbian, gay, bi, or anything else
  • Q:  this abbreviation stands for Queer:  at one time this was used as a slur, but now more and more LGBTQ+ people are taking it back and using it to describe themselves
  • +:  this symbol stands for everything not already covered by any specific initials.

Pro tip:  for a comedian who is openly gay and often makes it the subject matter of his shows, check out Matteo Lane’s YouTube videos–he is a little bit camp and very funny.

A Few Extra Letters In The Official Canadian Acronym

As you can see on my About Me page, I state that I’m a 2SLGBTQIA+ ally.  You may not be familiar with is the 2S in the front or the I near the end.  I’m Canadian, so I use the terminology common in our media, the publishing industry, and government publications..

What Does 2S Mean?

2s stands for Two Spirit.  According to the Canadian government website, “It is a culturally-specific identity used by some Indigenous people to indicate a person whose gender identity, spiritual identity and/or sexual orientation comprises both male and female spirits.”  For more discussion on this concept, check out this link.

I Stands For Intersex

Intersex people, according to the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, (https://www.ohchr.org/en/sexual-orientation-and-gender-identity/intersex-people) “do not fit typical binary notions of male or female bodies.” and the Government of Canada website helpfully expands on this definition by telling us that this means the term is “An umbrella term to capture various types of biological sex differentiation. Intersex people have variations in their sex characteristics, such as sex chromosomes, internal reproductive organs, genitalia, and/or secondary sex characteristics (e.g. muscle mass, breasts) that fall outside of what is typically categorized as male or female.”

I Get A Large Variety Of LGBTQ+ Callers

LGBTQ-Pride-Two-Men-Kissing-2-One Man Against A Brick Wall Phone-Sex-Mistress-Sascha-800-601-6875In my time as a Phone Sex Mistress I have spoken to many callers who fall under the LGBTQ+ umbrella.  In fact, I’d say that roughly half of my calls do so.  Many are bisexual or who wish for bisexual encounters and we have a lot of fun together in our calls. I spin fantasies for them of bisexual adventures (sometimes coerced bisexuality, if that’s their kink).

A few callers are completely gay and just love to tell me about their exploits.  Other callers aren’t quite ready to take the step into experimenting with someone of the same sex, but they want to talk to me about the possibility of someday trying it.

I also have had some very enjoyable sessions with trans callers.

*****

If you fall into any of these categories and would like to talk to someone, either in a play session or to explore the ins and outs of your sexuality, any of our sexy ladies here would love to talk to you.  Please do feel free to talk to any one of us!

Thanks for reading, and until next time, stay safe and stay sexy!
